We service the following areas: Roanoke, Lynchburg, Smith Mountain Lake, Botetourt, Appomattox, Amherst, Salem, and Bedford.

Kitchen: Countertops wiped down/ sink wiped down
Bathrooms: Mirrors cleaned, vanities wiped down, toilet inside cleaned, shower and tub wiped down

Home Cleaning

Includes:

All flooring vacuumed and mopped
All baseboards and windowsills are dusted.
Kitchen: cabinets dusted, counter tops scrubbed and wiped down to remove any buildup, kitchen sink scrubbed/ wiped down & disinfected, clean inside of microwave and front of appliances.
Bathroom: Deep scrub of the bathtub and shower, removed soap scum and mildew buildup, clean shower fixtures, toilets cleaned around the outside and buildup on the bottom, wipe down of cabinets.

Deep Home Cleaning

Includes services from the Basic & Deep Cleaning Packages and:

Interior windows cleaned.
Ceiling Fans Dusted (if they are within reach)
Doors/Door Frames wiped down. Doorknobs Wiped down.
Front of Kitchen cabinets wiped down.
Bathroom: Deep scrub of the bathtub and shower, removed soap scum & mildew buildup, clean shower fixtures, toilets cleaned around the outside & buildup on the bottom, wipe down of cabinets
Light Switches/ Covers wiped down
Loading dishwasher

Other Cleanings

All cleanings in homes where pets are present are subject to a $20.00 per floor pet fee, which may increase depending on the level of pet dander, fur, or pet-related mess requiring additional time or specialized cleaning. We are committed to providing the best service possible. It is required that clients disclose the condition of their home prior to the scheduled cleaning. This helps us prepare properly, bring any necessary supplies, and determine whether additional charges or an in-person walkthrough may be needed to provide an accurate quote.
Please note that these prices apply to spaces in typical condition. If, upon arrival, we encounter conditions that are excessively dirty, hazardous, or present health or safety concerns, we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly or decline service.

Cleaning Services

We also offer Move Out Cleanings, Move-In Cleanings($0.26 per sq foot of the property) Office Cleanings, and Post Construction Renovation Cleanings.

We do NOT offer refunds, we send our cleaners back out to the property to fix anything that was not up to standard. We have to have notice within 48 hours of the cleanings or we will not be able to resolve the issue at hand.
